The fastest way to reach us is the Help Center. Open a ticket there and the whole conversation stays attached to your account, so you can follow the reply in the same place.

What to include

Pick the category that fits your question and describe what happened. If your message is about a payment or a game round, adding the date and the amount lets us find the record straight away.

Status of your ticket

Each ticket shows its own status — open, waiting for your reply, in progress or resolved — so you always know whether the ball is with us or with you.
